What exactly do I get?
A complete, structured French course as downloadable PDF lessons: a step-by-step learning path, grammar explained in plain English, themed vocabulary, real-life dialogues, pronunciation guides, exercises with full answer keys, and printable verb tables and progress trackers.
I have never studied French. Is this for me?
Yes. The course starts from zero and is written for English speakers. If you already know some French, you can skip ahead to the lessons that match your level.
What level will I reach?
The course is organised around the European CEFR levels, from complete beginner (A1) towards independent intermediate (B1). How far and how fast you go depends on how regularly you study — we cannot promise a particular level in a given time.
Is there audio or video?
The course is written lessons in PDF format. Pronunciation is taught with simple sound-alike spellings so you know how each word should sound.
Will I get a certificate?
No. This is a self-study course and does not award an official qualification such as DELF or DALF, though it covers the kind of everyday French those exams test.
What is the difference between the 3, 6, 12 and 24 month plans?
None in content — every plan contains the complete course. The plan length is how long you keep access to your library, to updates, and to the extra material we publish during your period. Longer plans cost less per month.
How much time do I need?
15–20 minutes a day is enough. Short, regular sessions work far better than one long session at the weekend.

Does my plan renew automatically?
No. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are only charged again if you place a new order.
Can I upgrade to a longer plan later?
Yes — email us and in most cases you pay only the difference.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right is waived at checkout. We do refund if the files never arrived, are unreadable, or you were charged incorrectly. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

What does Premium Extended Support add?
Priority email replies within one working day, written corrections of your exercises and short texts, answers to grammar questions, and a personal study plan. It does not include live lessons.
Can I add support after I have bought a plan?
