Premium Extended Support

A real person to ask, for when the textbook isn’t enough.

Premium Extended Support adds direct access to our tutor team for the whole length of your plan. Every learner hits a wall — a tense that won’t stick, a sentence you can’t untangle, or simply not knowing what to study next. This is for those moments.

What’s included

• Priority email support with a reply within one working day
• Written corrections — send us your exercises or a short piece of French writing and get it back corrected, with the mistakes explained
• Grammar and usage questions answered in plain English
• A personal study plan adjusted to your level, goals and the time you actually have
• Extra practice sheets chosen for your weak spots, not sent to everyone

Good to know

• This is an add-on. It is designed to be bought alongside a Balkan Programs plan and follows the same length as the plan you choose.
• 100% digital — support is delivered by email. Nothing is shipped.
• Instructions for reaching your support inbox arrive with your order confirmation.

Support is educational guidance for self-study. It is not an official qualification and does not include live lessons.
